We offer a FREE delivery service along the Blue Route and within 20KM of the Blue Route. The Blue Route includes centres between the following major cities and towns:

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order details. You should also check your “Spam” folder, as the message may have been delivered there. After an hour and you still have not received an email, please contact us under the “Contact us” section or via or email support@thumelaekhaya.co.za.

A signature is required upon receipt of your groceries. We only accept the personal signature of the recipient identified in the order, unless other arrangements were made.

VISA, Mastercard or Instant EFT Payments. All transactions are processed via our trusted, secure payment gateway PAYFAST. For further info and reassurance, please view www.payfast.co.za.

 

Kindly note that the Instant EFT option is available for accounts held at the following banks: ABSA, CAPITEC, FNB, NEDBANK, STANDARD BANK.

When making a Cash Deposit, please use the Order Number AND your Contact Number as reference. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Orders will automatically be cancelled if no payment is received within 24 Hours.

Yes. The Thumela ekhaya platform uses the most trusted SSL Certificates. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with “https” indicates that https://thumelaekhaya.co.za is a secure site.

This code can be found on the back of your credit card in the signature field. It is made up of 3 digits for Visa and MasterCard.

After downloading and installing Thumela eKhaya APP on your mobile phone, or going onto the web, you can sign up for Thumela eKhaya in the following ways:
